Governor Jindal sings autism bill into law- July 02, 2008

State Representative Franklin Foil, who is the father of an autistic child.*The New law will require health insurane coverage for the diagnosis and treatmen of autism disorders in patients under 17. The benefits ould not exceet $36,000 per year and $144,000 per lifetime.
